Bloxham and Hook Norton Surgeries only provide the free of charge NHS vaccines at the Practice, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio, Cholera or Hepatitis.
Contact with the practice with regards to vaccinations should be more than 6 weeks prior to travel. Reception can provide patients with a travel form and a list of immunisations.
Patients should visit website: Nathnac and Fit for Travel to get travel advice and once they know what they need contact the Surgery to book a 20 minute appointment with a Practice Nurse- please bring completed travel form to the appointment.
If Yellow Fever, Rabies, Malaria or Japanese Encephalitis are required for your trip those vaccines have to be done at an approved travel clinic.
