We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the practice please do not hesitate to bring the matter to the attention of our Practice Manager, Gillian Cooke.

We hope that if you have a problem you will use our complaints procedure as this will give us the best chance of putting right whatever has gone wrong and an opportunity to improve our practice.

Our complaints information leaflet is available from reception. It is your right to approach the local Primary Care Trust, if you feel you cannot raise your complaint with us or you are dissatisfied with the result of our investigation. We are keen to hear any suggestions, we have a suggestion box in both waiting rooms or please speak to Gillian Cooke or the reception staff.
